Welcome to the Dermott O’Toole Memorial Library in Tenakee Springs! We are located above the community center, west on the trail from the town’s center.

  • Sunday: 1-3 pm


Updated COVID-19 protocols–April 4, 2022

  • Please stay at home if you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or other signs of sickness
  • Recommend getting fully vaccinated, consistent with CDC and State of Alaska policies and practices
  • Masks and social distancing are strongly recommended
  • Patrons are strongly encouraged to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry
  • Ramp-side service available at the same time

​​All Hours Drop-Box available at the Library for returning your items any time and day of the week: a metal covered opening that says “Library Returns” is located on the ramp in the wall under the Library’s first set of windows. The store drop-box will remain closed at this time due to COVID-19 mitigation protocol.
